3D Aluminium integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 into our internal processes.
3D Aluminium have now introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365, a cloud-based combination of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management applications as part of our strive for continuous improvement.
Our version of Dynamics 365 has been specifically developed by our IT support company GCC, to suit our individual business requirements. During the build process and workshops, the trial period has proven that the application will bring huge benefits to our day-to-day processes.
Dynamics 365 will be used as a database and tool for all enquiries and projects, by being able to provide key analysis and storage of relevant documents for each project. In addition to this, all of the associated data is cloud-based, providing a viable disaster recovery plan solution.
In preparation for the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) due to be enforced from 25th May 2018, Microsoft is committed to GDPR compliance across cloud services, providing security and assurance to all our clients.
