    Project Overview

Having been named one of the most important stations, strategically, in the country 3D Aluminium are proud to of been part of developing a fire station for the future.

3D Aluminium undertook the new window, door and curtain walling installation works at the newly developed Basingstoke Fire station. After around 4 years of planning and with funding of £6million Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service were able to replace a 50 year old work horse with a modern, state of the art facility.

3D Aluminium utilised the Sapa 75Si HP Casement Window System, Sapa Stormframe II doors and Sapa Elegance 52 Curtain Walling solutions to give the new building a fresh, dynamic look whilst providing optimum thermal performance.

The newly developed building will be equipped with facilities for both fire fighters and the local community, boasting a training tower, a smoke training building, new living quarters and public rooms for public use.
