    Project Overview

    3D Aluminium have carried out the £2.8m installation of Comar Architectural aluminium curtain walling, windows and doors.

    Bream Street is comprised of 7no. new build blocks, comprising of 170 residential apartments and commercial space. Located in Fish Island opposite the Olympic Stadium, the scheme is part of a huge regeneration of the area delivered by L&Q.

    Working closely with our trusted supply chain partner, Comar Architectural Aluminium, 3D delivered a variety of Comar 6EFT curtain walling, Comar 9pi windows and Comar 7Pi LS Lift Slide doors. The project included high performing triple glazed units bringing the overall u-value to below 1.2W/m2K – 25% below building regulations requirements.
