    Project Overview

    3D Aluminium have completed the installation of replacement aluminium curtain walling and windows to a 6-storey block of residential apartments in Weybridge, Surrey.

    3D Aluminium were appointed as principal contractor by PA Housing to deliver this £290,000 scheme which also included managing asbestos removal, access requirements and brickwork repairs. As an approved fabricator partner with SE Controls, 3D also fabricated and installed AOV smoke vents to be linked with the fire alarm system and compliant with BS EN12101-2.

    Working within occupied residencies, 3D has introduced several new procedures to comply with stringent COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of both the end users and our operatives.

    Technal Dualframe Si windows were installed including a mixture of reversible, top-hung and tbt vents, as well as Technal MX52 curtain walling system.
