    Project Overview

    Frank Wise School (FWS) is a special school for children and young adults aged between 2 and 19, in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

    3D Aluminium were successfully awarded the contract to carry out the design, fabrication and installation of aluminium curtain walling, windows and doors to the new Post-16 Building at FWS. Art Contracts appointed 3D following assistance at tender stage in providing a value engineered solution to the initial timber composite proposal.

    Utilising the Comar 5Pi Window System alongside the Comar 7pi Commercial Door System to compliment this new build project, and create a modern, aesthetic appearance. This was further emphasised with the use of the Comar 6 Curtain Walling System to the larger screens and also to the main entrance of the building.

    Following practical completion, the new Post-16 building is in full operational use and has been equipped with the very best resources following a successful fundraising campaign by the Friends of Frank Wise School. The Friends of Frank Wise School is a charitable group with the aim of increasing the provision of specialised resources, facilities and equipment in order to support the work of Frank Wise School.
