Project Overview
3D Aluminium carried out the installation of replacement aluminium windows and doors at Oak Green School, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Following the COVID-19 outbreak, 3D Aluminium adapted their guidelines and procedures to enable safe and effective delivery of new aluminium windows and doors to multiple classrooms at Oak Green School. The project was awarded to 3D Aluminium as part of the LHC A6 framework by Buckinghamshire County Council.
The existing single glazed crittal windows were in desperate requirement of being upgraded to improve thermal efficiency and have been replaced with Technal Dualframe 75 Si high performance casement windows which is the first aluminium window to achieve a UK A++ BFRC rating.
The school were extremely pleased with the completed works and the School Business Manager had the following words to say:
“I would just like to say a huge thank you. We are very happy with our new windows and we felt the team you sent to complete these works were professional, friendly and hard working. They got on with the job in hand under difficult circumstances and were courteous at all times.”
