    Project Overview

    3D Aluminium have completed the £900k installation of Comar Architectural aluminium curtain walling, windows, and doors.

    Wheatstone House is an eight-storey new build residential block of apartments, comprising of 95 flats and commercial space which 3D delivered the aluminium glazing package to the client, L&Q.

    Due to the proximity of the building to the Chiswick Flyover, 3D installed high performing Comar 9Pi aluminium casement windows with solar control acoustic double-glazed units to meet the required thermal and acoustic requirements. Comar 6EFT was installed to the commercial units and across multiple storeys to enclose the stairways.

    As an approved fabricator partner with SE Controls, 3D also fabricated and installed a number of AOV smoke vents at each floor level to be linked with the fire alarm system and compliant with BS EN12101-2.
