3D Aluminium appointed an LHC supplier

LHC-Web

We are delighted to announce our appointment for 4 years to the new LHC for Aluminium Windows and Doors framework for public sector buildings throughout England.

As a consortium, sister companies Trent Valley Architectural Glazing of Nottingham and 3D Aluminum of Witney in Oxfordshire (3D TVAG) have been appointed the top rated supplier, having achieved top ranking in both quality and price, for the newly launched LHC framework arrangement for Aluminium Windows and Door products for architectural glazing, doors and curtain walling for public sector projects across the whole of England.

TVAG has been manufacturing and installing commercial aluminum windows & doors in Nottingham for 25 years, with 60 full time employees. 3D Aluminium has been trading in the South for 42 years and currently employs 40 full time staff.

The LHC is a, free to use, procurement framework to help local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies make more informed choices about the products and services they need for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings.

Following a rigorous tender process 3D TVAG was deemed the best value for money from the 60 companies who expressed an interest in working with the LHC.

The four year deal, with a review after the second and third years, will be worth several million pounds over the group. Commercial Director, Simon Keegan said:

This is a shining endorsement of the quality service and product that both 3D and TVAG have been providing over the last 20+ years, we are absolutely delighted to have been appointed an LHC supplier, the business will cement the groups future over the coming years…

John Skivington, Director of the LHC said:

We would like to welcome 3D TVAG on to this new framework. A lot of effort has been put into producing this framework by LHC to provide public sector building landlords with a quality, compliant framework to meet their window and door refurbishment requirements.

With LHC’s previous experience and success in this sector and with the effort of both companies like 3D TVAG, we believe this framework will be a success all-round.
