3D Aluminium complete installation works for Milton Keynes Council.
3D Aluminium have carried out the installation of Sapa aluminium windows to Synergy Park, Milton Keynes Council Test Centre.
3D Aluminium were appointed as Principle Contractor by Milton Keynes Council to carry out the supply and installation of Sapa Aluminium windows to the MK Council Test Centre at Synergy Park. 3D was deemed the most economically advantageous tender submission, having been scored separately for Quality and Cost to achieve the highest overall score.
The works consisted of the replacement of existing single glazed aluminium profiles, which had come to the end of their life expectancy, with Sapa Dualframe 75Si Windows for a thermally improved performance. The works themselves were undertaken out of hours over a two-week period, enabling the Council Offices to continue working undisrupted throughout the day and improving upon the contract period by two weeks.
