Bream Street Wharf
3D Aluminium are delighted to announce that they have successfully secured a £2.8million contract to supply and install Comar 6EFT curtain walling, Comar 5Pi Advanced Windows, Comar 7Pi Lift Slide Doors, 9Pi balcony doors and Comar 7Pi CD doors to the new residential development at Bream Street.
London and Quadrant (L & Q) are one of the UK’s leading housing associations managing over 70,000 homes throughout London and the South East. The project will be undertaken by their construction arm, Quadrant Construction.
The new site features seven new buildings situated adjacent to the River Lea and the Olympic Stadium. Once complete the project will provide 202 residential units and over 2000 square metres of commercial space.
Our work commenced on site in January and is programmed to run through for the whole of 2019.
We look forward to producing a case study and showcasing the completed images of the work, once the project is complete.
