Commercial Director Completes ‘Big Sleep Out’ to Support Windsor Homeless Project
Our Commercial Director, Simon Keegan, recently took part in the Windsor Homeless Project’s annual ‘Big Sleep Out’, raising awareness for homelessness within the local community.
Simon joined other supporters in Windsor, spending a night sleeping outdoors under the stars to experience, in a small way, the challenges faced by those living without a permanent home. The event brought together individuals and organisations from across the area, all united in highlighting the realities of homelessness and encouraging community support.
The ‘Big Sleep Out’ is designed to give participants a glimpse into the uncertainty and hardship that many people experience daily, while also raising vital funds for the charity’s ongoing work supporting vulnerable individuals.
In addition to Simon’s participation, the company was proud to donate £500.00 to the Windsor Homeless Project, contributing towards their efforts to provide essential services, support, and accommodation for those in need.
Reflecting on the experience, Simon described the night as both humbling and eye-opening, reinforcing the importance of community initiatives like this in driving awareness and meaningful change.
