After being appointed by Willmott Dixon Energy Services to fabricate and install thermally-enhanced replacement aluminium windows and doors to the Oxford Towers Project, 3D Aluminium have begun work to the Windrush Block. This being the second of four Tower Blocks which 3D have secured as part of the Oxford Towers Regeneration Project, with 3D already carrying out the installation of 298no windows and 58no doors to the Evenlode Block.
3D Aluminium will be installing the new Sapa Dualframe 75Si reversible windows across the four blocks, which achieve U-values as low as 1.44W/m²k – 10% below current Building Regulations part L.
