Wheatstone House, Chiswick
3D Aluminium are delighted to announce that they have successfully secured a £800,000 contract to complete the supply and installation of Comar Architectural Aluminium curtain walling, windows and doors to the new residential development at Wheatstone House in Chiswick for London and Quadrant.
3D Aluminium will carry out the supply and installation of Comar 6EFT curtain walling, Comar 5Pi Advanced Windows, Comar 9Pi balcony doors and Comar 7Pi CD doors.
London and Quadrant (L & Q) are one of the UK’s leading housing associations, managing over 70,000 homes throughout London and the South East. The project will be undertaken by their construction arm, Quadrant Construction.
The redevelopment of the former BT telephone exchange on the 0.8 acre site will see 95 residential units with a mix of one, two and three bedroomed homes, parking and 4995 square feet of commercial space.
Commencing on site this month, the fast track programme is due to be delivered by the end of July.
